Return & Refund Policy

At MARIE SHOP, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging. Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
